Season 8 League Structure

Points Qualifiers (nightly) |
| Open to: All League Members
Points Qualifiers take place seven days per week and offer League Members the chance to earn League Points and, in some cases, real money! League Members who make it to the final table at any Points Qualifier will be rewarded with a pre-determined amount of League Points based upon the number of players registered in the event. As an added bonus, many locations also award House Cash or other prizes to the Top 3 players. |
| Points Championships (monthly) |
| Open to: League Members who finish in the top 200 for the 4-week qualifying period.
Points Championships are special monthly tournaments which award cash and prizes to the top 4 finishers. Additionally, each player who makes it to the final table at this event will win a guaranteed seat at the Season Championship. Prize distribution for all monthly Points Championship events is as follows:
4th: $200
3rd: $300
2nd: $500
1st: $700 plus 1-year V.I.P. Membership or extension ($299 value)
BONUS! The player with the most points at the end of each month will be rewarded with a 3-month V.I.P. Membership or extension ($99 value!) |
| Dealer Tournaments (quarterly) |
| Open to: League Members who volunteer to deal at a minimum of 15 tournaments during the 13-week season.
Dealer Tournaments are our way of rewarding league members who help us out by serving as volunteer dealers at our nightly Points Qualifiers. Prize distribution for all quarterly Dealer Tournaments is as follows:
4th: 3-month V.I.P. Membership or extension ($99 value)
3rd: $150
2nd: $250
1st: $500 |
| Wild Card Tournaments (quarterly) |
| The League Wild Card Tournament provides up to 400 League Members with one final shot at qualifiying for the Season Championship. At the end of the 13-week season, any League Member who has played in at least thirteen (13) Points Qualifiers and has not previously qualified for the Season Championship will be invited to play at one of two exciting Wild Card tournaments. The top 10 players at each of these tournaments will receive a seat at the Season Championship where they will compete for their share of the $5,000 purse. Note: Wild Card seating will be limited to 200 players per tournament, so early arrival is a must! |
| Season Championship (quarterly) |
| The Season Championship will host over 250 players who have qualified by:
Making the final table at any monthly Points Championship (30 players)
Finishing the season ranked in the top 200. (200 players)
Making the final table at either Wild Card Tournament. (20 players)
Winning any debut tournament at a new location. (?? players)
Prize distribution at the Season Finals will be as follows:
4th: $500
3rd: $750
2nd: $1,250
1st: $2,200 plus 1-year V.I.P. Membership or extension ($299 value)
BONUS! The player with the most points at the end of the season will be rewarded with a 1-year V.I.P. Membership or extension ($299 value!)
